Returns Policy

Returns have to be received by UK Party Shop within 28 days from receipt of goods.

E-mail sales@ukpartyshop.co.uk with your order number, contact information and indicate the reason for retuning the item & we will provide you with a returns number.

7 Day Cooling off Period

Under the Distance Selling Regulations a customer has the right to "cancel" the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.

Postage is only refundable if the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Wigs and Earrings must be returned unopened and unused due to Hygiene reasons.

All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. with original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed.

Uk Party Shop will endeavor to answer your e-mail within 1 working day.
